Study Says Chicago, Philadelphia Deadlier Than Iraq, Afghanistan War Zones For Young Men

A study was just published in the Journal of the American Medical Association titled, “Comparing Risks of Firearm-Related Death and Injury Among Young Adult Males in Selected US Cities With Wartime Service in Iraq and Afghanistan.” Their study found that young men aged 18-29 in Chicago and Philadelphia “had a notably higher risk of firearm-related death than US military personnel who served during the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.” Young men are more likely to be shot to death in Chicago and Philadelphia than in Afghanistan and Iraq war zones during an active war.

Chicago and Philadelphia are basically war zones.

But hey, you know what the REAL priority is? Political correctness. And you know how we know this? Because the Philadelphia DA, the man in charge of prosecuting the criminals who are making Philadelphia as dangerous as a war zone, told us so. He told us that calling Big Blue cities like Philadelphia “lawless” because they’re basically war zones is “coded and racist messaging.” And THAT’S what he’s concerned about. Young men shot to death in his streets by the criminals he is enabling? Eh, that’s just part of “large, diverse cities,” as he calls them But calling his city “lawless” just because it’s as deadly as two different active war zones? Now THAT is where he draws the line. He will NOT let you use “coded and racist messaging” like that, and he will do everything in his power to stop you from doing so. He’ll probably expend so much energy in the endeavor that there won’t be much left over for things like addressing the fact that his city is basically a war zone.
