September 26, 2022First, let’s start with a meme that basically encapsulates one of the major issues here– the two-tiered politically-motivated justice system. The second major issue is further down, so please don’t stop reading.
Shannon Brandt allegedly admitted to killing 18 year old Cayler Ellingson by mowing him down with his vehicle, saying he was afraid of him because he believed the teen to be a “Republican extremist.” According to a probable-cause affidavit obtained by Fox News Digital,
“Brandt admitted to State Radio that he hit the pedestrian and that the pedestrian was part of a Republican extremist group.”
Another court filing by a North Dakota Highway Patrol trooper stated that Brandt “admitted to striking someone he never met with his vehicle” before leaving the scene. Ellingson sustained serious injuries and later died in the hospital.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol Captain Bryan Niewind has since stated that there is “no evidence” that the teen was part of a “Republican extremist group.”
Brandt was charged with criminal vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of a crash involving a death after the incident. County jail and court records indicate that Brandt was was released on $50,000 bond, but was not placed under house arrest, nor does he have a curfew.
Former Assistant U.S. Attorney Neama Rahman told Fox News Digital that the $50K bond is a “low amount” and “woefully inadequate.”
“Yeah, it’s a low amount, no question. Whenever you’re dealing with a vehicular manslaughter case, that’s low in general.”
The bond amount being woefully inadequate for the blatant politically-motivated murder of a teenager, especially when compared to other highly politicized crimes, is only one extremely frustrating aspect of this crime. The other is the blatantly violent rhetoric by Democrat politicians and media pundits that incites this kind of violence.

If you were Shannon Brandt listening to this and SO MUCH MORE like this from politicians and the media, wouldn’t you feel justified in murdering a teen you thought was one of these extremist Republican terrorists that are supposedly so dangerous? Seriously, watch these clips and consider whether this might have contributed to the death of an innocent teenager.

Sadly, no, they aren’t. I wish more “leaders” would get off their asses and fight back against this push for democracy though. Democracy sucks. Vlad Lenin was all for it, the Founders were against it.

I am one of those grand parents and I am not yet hunting idiots although if given the proper motivation such as a direct attack against my daughters and grand kids the gloves will come off and you better believe that I am at 70 years of age one hell of a good hunter.
