I don’t know if I’ve mentioned it this week, but I REALLY HATE DISNEY. Yep. That’s right. The most “magical place on earth” to some of y’all is basically my personal Hell. Just so we’re crystal clear.
And don’t email me or call me or text me or whatever me. I have three kids, my 12-year old daughter made it through her princess phase unscathed by all-things-Mickey-Mouse, and my husband and I choose to vacation with her in Vegas instead. She LOVES Vegas. Like I’ve said before – it’s WAAAAAAAY more family friendly. And cheaper, too! I should get an endorsement from the travel bureau there, for real.
Why do I loathe Disney? A lot of reasons. One of those reasons is that it’s run by liberal wackjobs. But I repeat myself. Another reason is that Disney is full of pedophiles, while acting like they’re this super-awesome beacon of child-friendly innocence. Don’t trust me on that. Do your own search for yourself here and here and here, for starters.
You’re welcome.
Now, Disney employees are all butthurt that teachers in the state of Florida can’t engage in conversations with FIVE YEAR OLD KINDERGARTENERS about sex. They’re super angry about that at DISNEY, y’all. And that begs the question – “why are Disney EMPLOYEES mad that teachers can’t talk to itty-bitty children about SEX? WHAT IN THE ACTUAL EFF?”
Hundreds of protesters marched outside Disney’s headquarters in Burbank on Tuesday afternoon, with some toting signs (#DisneyDoBetter) and others chanting slogans such as “Say gay!”
“It was amazing to see everyone out here in support of all of our queer employees and their families,” said Nora Rogers, a production supervisor at Walt Disney Animation Studios.
Throughout the day, several Disney employees also expressed solidarity with the protesters on social media.
Seriously, what the hell is wrong with these people? Ooooooh, that’s right. They work at Disney. I guess that means they can’t read? Because “don’t say gay” isn’t in the bill, you morons.
And Disney’s management is going the woke route, of course, because that is who they are as a company now. I’m sure Walt would be so proud.
(Bob) Chapek, who ascended to the throne of the Magic Kingdom in 2020, apologized directly to employees in a letter released March 11.
“It is clear that this is not just an issue about a bill in Florida, but instead yet another challenge to basic human rights. You needed me to be a stronger ally in the fight for equal rights and I let you down,” Chapek said in the letter. “I am sorry.”
He also announced that the company would pause all donations to elected officials in Florida.
No, BOB. This is actually quite simple. It’s about getting all up in the faces of KINDERGARTEN through THIRD GRADERS and talking to them about sex in a taxpayer-funded public school. And if you’re hell-bent – you’re literally FIGHTING for public school teachers to talk to itty bitty kids about sex in the classroom, then you are the freaking problem.
These people are creepy AF. They’re legit disturbed.
This is the Disney that some of y’all are shelling your money out to. But listen – whatever floats your boat.
