BREAKING: Prominent Conservative Professor Found Dead in His Home At Age of 55, Cause Of Death Is Not Yet Known, Report Says

Professor Mike Adams was found dead in his home at the age of 55. Professor Adams was forced into early retirement by the University of North Carolina following a history of controversial tweets.

The cause of death is not yet known. He was set to officially retire on August 1^st.

Breitbart News reported earlier in July that Adams had received a $500,000 settlement of [sic] the University of North Carolina, Wilmington, in exchange for his retirement.

Adams sparked a debate about political correctness in May when he tweeted a joke about North Carolina’s coronavirus lockdown policy.

“This evening I ate pizza and drank beer with six guys at a six seat table top. I almost felt like a free man who was not living in the slave state of North Carolina. Massa Cooper, let my people go!” Adams tweeted in May. The tweet set off a firestorm from students, faculty, and even celebrities that had worked on television productions in Wilmington.

Professor Adams was an outspoken and staunch conservative. He was a speaker for Young Americans for Freedom and contributor at The Daily Wire and Townhall.

There are rumblings that the cause of death was suicide, but I emphasize no cause of death has been released. It would seem a surprising decision from someone so firm in his beliefs and so loved by many. But you never do know what is going on in a person’s head.

Condolences are pouring in for Adams. This thread from a former student of Professor Adams’ is just heartbreaking.
