Bernie Sanders Shifts Course, Notes That Making Millions (Like Himself) Is Not The American Dream

Bernie Sanders is in a bit of a pickle. As it turns out, he’s a millionaire, which is extremely awkward because he hates millionaires.

In the beginning, he was very defensive of his wealth. He was all, “I wrote a best-selling book…If you write a best-selling book, you can be a millionaire, too.”

Things only got worse. He released his tax returns. As it turns out, Bernie really is a greedy millionaire.

But listen– ignore all of that. Writing a successful book and making a ton of money off it SO IS NOT the American dream, so stop daydreaming about it!

Millionaire Bernie’s response? “No.”
