A video of Virginia Democrat Kathy Tran recently went viral. Why? Because she was presenting her new bill, which would’ve eliminated all existing restrictions on abortion, thereby making it legal to murder a baby minutes before birth.
Don’t believe me?
Heartbreaking… This isn’t in New York, this isn’t in California, this happened just this week right here in Virginia. @VAHouseDems proposed legislation to provide abortions up to just seconds before that precious child takes their first breath. Watch for yourself. pic.twitter.com/AxgPVyI6kU

The good news? The bill will not move forward.
The mere fact that some Virginia lawmakers were even considering making infanticide legal should be enough to get the average person’s blood boiling.
Extremist Democrats are upset that the video went viral, because it displays them in a less than flattering light. The American people can’t know what these people ACTUAL STAND FOR! It’s much easier to pass pro-abortion laws when you have Planned Parenthood tweeting about them, using phrases like “women’s choice” and “bodily autonomy” and “women’s rights.”
One Democrat is backtracking. Virginia State Delegate Dawn Adams, a co-sponsor of the horrific bill, is apologizing to her constituents. Her big excuse? She didn’t read the bill.
“I made a mistake, and all I know to do is to admit it, tell the truth, and let the chips fall where they may,” Adams wrote. “If you follow my newsletter or have written to me to ask about my votes, you know that I do my best to read and research every bill I vote on.”
“But I did not read a bill I agreed to co-patron and that wasn’t smart or typical,” she continued. “I will work harder and be better for it.”
“I am sorry that I did not exercise due diligence before this explosion of attention; had I done so, I would not have co-patroned,” she added.
Ahem *clears throat*: WHY ARE YOU CO-SPONSORING BILLS YOU DIDN’T EVEN READ???!?!??!
In response, Adams clarified her stance on the bill, writing that she “vaguely” remembered signing on to it “as a symbolic gesture for a woman’s right to choose,” but did not understand its full implications at the time.
“I thought this bill sought to solely reverse the onerous additions to the code made in 2012 by HB462,” Adams wrote. “While it did, it sought to do much more. Had I researched each line of removed language, I would have seen that, and known that there was more research to be done.”
Despite all of that, she’s not modifying her stance on abortion as a whole.
“None of this changes that I believe women must have safe legal options for abortion,” she wrote.
Well why the heck doesn’t it? Where do you draw the line, Dawn? So aborting a baby is fine, as long as it’s the size of a lemon? But once it gets to the size of a honeydew melon, it’s NOT OK? How do you justify ANY of this?
You’re just as bad as the rest of them. YOU ARE THE PROBLEM. You co-sponsored a bill which essentially legalized infanticide, and your grand excuse is, “LOLOLZ SRY didn’t read it”? NO. GTHO.
