September 6, 2018So John Kerry recently spoke to CBS News and wouldn’t rule out a presidential run in 2020. He gave the most politican-y answer ever.
“I’m really not thinking about it,” Kerry said. “Talking about 2020 right now is a total distraction and waste of time. What we need to do is focus on 2018.”
“We are in a moment of crisis for our country. The world is in a moment of crisis,” he continued.
The big takeaway here? He didn’t say, “NAH NO. I’m not running. He’s pretending that he’s not thinking about it, which is hilarious because he OBVIOUSLY is.
“I think that’s the most important work we can do right now, is trying to elect people on a national basis and restore the leadership that the country needs,” Kerry continued.
“I’m going to continue to be an activist,” he added. “I’m going to continue to fight.”
Trump heard that Kerry wouldn’t rule out a presidential run and mocked the crap out of him.
I see that John Kerry, the father of the now terminated Iran deal, is thinking of running for President. I should only be so lucky – although the field that is currently assembling looks really good – FOR ME!

John Kerry responded and floated a potential nickname for Trump, which I SO encourage. If he opens that door, Trump has my full permission to blast him to another dimension.
On Trump attacking him, John Kerry says: “I’m really not going to get into a back-and-forth on tweets. You know, I could give him a nickname, AGENT ORANGE or something, and I could get into a back and forth, but it doesn’t take you anywhere.”

That was Kerry’s sly way of calling him a name without calling him one out of the blue.
BTW– he also said Trump uses tweets as a “weapon of mass distraction.” Yes, really.
