I think the Declaration of Independence does a brilliant job of demonstrating the “right to life” argument.

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. ”

Unborn babies have a right to life. Therefore, the unalienable rights explicitly recognized in the Constitution apply to them too.

Liberals: “You do not have a Constitutional right to keep and bear arms.”

Also liberals: “Women have a Constitutional right to murder their unborn babies.”
