If you aren’t caught up on The Washington Post/Project Veritas drama, you can catch up here. Basically, WaPo claims that an undercover journalist posed as a Roy Moore accuser and tried to trick them.
A woman who falsely claimed to The Washington Post that Roy Moore, the Republican U.S. Senate candidate in Alabama, impregnated her as a teenager appears to work with an organization that uses deceptive tactics to secretly record conversations in an effort to embarrass its targets.
In a series of interviews over two weeks, the woman shared a dramatic story about an alleged sexual relationship with Moore in 1992 that led to an abortion when she was 15. During the interviews, she repeatedly pressed Post reporters to give their opinions on the effects that her claims could have on Moore’s candidacy if she went public.
The Post did not publish an article based on her unsubstantiated account. When Post reporters confronted her with inconsistencies in her story and an Internet posting that raised doubts about her motivations, she insisted that she was not working with any organization that targets journalists.
They spotted the woman walking into a Project Veritas office in New York.
James O’Keefe and Project Veritas responded in a series of tweets.

A gaggle of reporters from the @washingtonpost staked outside of the @Project_Veritas HQ today. I'm honored. Maybe because they know what's about to go down?

This guy works for NPR. He fears @Project_Veritas so much. For good reason. In 2011, David’s CEO was shown the door after our recordings. https://t.co/CUU8NIrBoq

.@washingtonpost can't seem to get their facts straight. I used my real ID when I entered that building. Do I smell ANOTHER WaPo retraction coming…?https://t.co/SC7EIMMPLO pic.twitter.com/EEWNL1HjlD

Look at that, we're trending! Will the truth-suppressers "fix" that when we release our #AmericanPravda @washingtonpost videos? @jack? pic.twitter.com/nDnAPtUS2E

The entire media establishment is against Project Veritas. Number one trending on Twitter. For good reason. There is a video coming out in momentarily inside the Washington Post. The last video cost NYT reporter his job. They are scared. As always, there’s more than one Video!

It's as if the blue checkmarks inside corporate media caught Jack the Ripper himself. Why does it stink so much like damage control? Maybe because there mention of Bezos on the hidden camera inside WaPo’s newsroom… Launch ETA in a matter of minutes.

Hitting export on hidden camera footage into Washington Post shortly. Project Veritas vs Bezos 100mm monopoly. Fasten your seatbelts.

And so on. Here’s the whole video.
There. You’re all caught up.
That brings me to Ben Shapiro. He has a different take on this entire thing.
O’Keefe did great work on ACORN. This WaPo attempt is horrible, both morally and effectively.
— Ben Shapiro (@benshapiro) November 27, 2017
1. He made WaPo significantly MORE credible.
— Ben Shapiro (@benshapiro) November 27, 2017
2. He attempted to discredit alleged sexual assault victims by planting a fake story.
— Ben Shapiro (@benshapiro) November 27, 2017
3. He could have attacked WaPo biased reporting by planting ANY story. This was designed to get Moore off the hook.
— Ben Shapiro (@benshapiro) November 27, 2017
It certainly seems that way, doesn’t it?
Where do YOU stand on this? Who’s right? O’Keefe? Shapiro? WaPo?
