Well, this is creepy.
A clever and competent reader sent us this video of Huffington Post contributor David Seaman – well, now former HuffPo contributor. See, David published two articles talking about the uncertainty surrounding Hillary Clinton’s health. But, as he explains in the following video that was livestreamed last night and now posted to YouTube, both articles were completely deleted from the site AND his access to the site’s publishing side was revoked without warning. No notification, no notice that there was a problem with what he’d written, no one said that this was even a possibility. Just here one hour, gone the next –

The Gateway Pundit has headline screenshots of the two articles that David posted to HuffPo, as well as archived links to the now-deleted posts. Just to give you an idea of what David had been writing about –
In case HuffPo hasn’t noticed (well, most of the liberal media wants to pretend it isn’t happening), plenty of people have talked about Hillary’s poor health and how that might affect how she can carry out the job of being president. We’ve talked about it here too – it’s a genuine concern for many people.
My question is this – if the issue of Hillary’s physical well-being isn’t worth talking about, why try to silence a journalist in this way? Why delete his work AND fire him without warning? Why be all cloak-and-dagger about it? Even if it turns out that Hillary Clinton truly is the picture of health, media cover-ups like this LOOK super-sketchy.
The secrecy is my issue with this. Because the Huffington Post has made a big deal out of David Seaman’s work, I’m suddenly a little more concerned about Hillary Clinton’s medical history. I’ll be honest – at first, I didn’t think the story was worth my complete attention. It kind of felt like a last-minute desperation play on top of nutty tin-foil-hat conspiracy theories. Plus, it just seemed silly. But now that HuffPo’s panicked and pulled this censorship stunt, I’m a little more inclined to think there’s something to these concerns.
The funniest thing about this? The enemies of free speech never learn. If you really want something to be out in the open and talked about widely, the quickest way to do achieve that is to censor the topic. Suddenly, EVERYONE’S going to be talking about it.
Not what Queen Hillary wants, I’m sure.
