How does he keep a straight face saying, “We don’t get some of the massive checks that the other side does…” or, “On its own, what I gave won’t be enough to surmount the unprecedented fundraising we’ve seen on the other side, both from our opponent’s campaign and from the outside groups and special interests supporting him”???
THEY DON’T GET SOME OF THE MASSIVE CHECKS THAT THE OTHER SIDE DOES? Is he FREAKING SERIOUS? It cost 40k PER PERSON to get into his Clooney fundraiser. It cost 40k PER PERSON to get into his Sarah Jessica Parker fundraiser. He has had more fundraising events than any other president in the history of presidents, and in fact has held more than every president since Nixon COMBINED. And he gets MASSIVE CHECKS from unions.
Not to mention the fact that even according to Obama-loving HuffPo, he’s bringing in plenty of money. So posing like some sort of underdog is just plain pathetic. It’s also pathetic that he is only JUST NOW reaching into his massively deep pockets to pay into his OWN FREAKING CAMPAIGN.
