Biden Creepily Whispers A Promise To Veto “Any Of These Bills” That Make It To His Desk

The Republican-led House of Representatives has already passed a few bills. One of them specifically repeals the $72 billion taxpayer dollars of funding intended to hire 87,000 new IRS agents. In response, Joe Biden uses his creepy whisper into the microphone to make a promise to the American people. He said,

“Let me be very clear. If any of these bills make it to my desk, I will veto them.”

Why does he do this?! It is SO creepy. He has a habit of prefacing lots of his statements with some version of “let me be very clear,” then he frequently whispers emphatically into the microphone, as though forcefully whispering will drive home the point he’s trying to make and not make him sound deranged. Did he used to do this? Or is this new in recent years with the onset of his dementia? The hilarious thing is that he is very rarely clear about anything, often mumbling incoherently, mixing up his words, or even making up gibberish as he goes.
