Boston, You Need A New Mayor.

Boston’s Mayor Wu is so hellbent on being a sanctuary city. But it seems that she doesn’t seem to understand the different between an immigrant, and an ILLEGAL immigrant.

Ya see, the big difference here, Michelle, is that any immigrant is welcome. It’s the ones that are here ILLEGALLY that we have an issue with. Because you see, you say that these “immigrants” aren’t more likely to commit crimes. But they already committed a crime when they came to this country…say it with me know, illegally. There is a big difference between someone who immigrated to this country the right way, and has either become a citizen already or is working on becoming a citizen, and someone who crossed our border illegally.

Also, she says that these “immigrants” are contributing to society. That they are entrepreneurs, they are working in hospitals and universities, that they are holding jobs that “we all rely on.”  How?  If they are not here legally, how are they able to hold these positions?  So, either she’s lying about these upstanding citizens that came into the country illegally and “don’t commit crimes.”  Or, she’s allowing these illegals to get jobs that they shouldn’t be able to get without citizenship and proper identification.  Or, she just deosn’t know the difference between an immigrant and an illegal. No matter which way you slice it, she’s a terrible Mayor.  I love Boston.  I love visiting, and I am always trying to go back.  But do better, Boston.  Because this one just isn’t it.
