The Supreme Court Struck Down The Biden-Harris Rewrite Of Title IX

This is HUGE for women’s sports! Remember a few months ago when the Biden-Harris admin decided they wanted to essentially abolish Title IX? Because the party of “feminisms” actually hates women? Yeah, that was cute. As much as the Democrats hate it, we still have three branches of government (for now), so they don’t have full dictatorship authority. No matter how much Biden thinks he does. In a 5 – 4 decision on Friday, the Supreme Court ruled that Title IX will remain as is.

The Biden-Harris admin wanted men in women’s sports, locker rooms, dorms, bathrooms, and more. Four of the Nine Justices were actually okay with that. I’ll give you one guess as to which side of the aisle those Justices lean toward. Also surprising to no one, the left is big mad about it. The AP for instance is not too happy that men aren’t allowed in women’s locker rooms. The audacity of the Supreme Court to rule against that. Give me a break. This is a big win for women’s sports!
