Shout out to the women fighting back against the NCAA for allowing men “identifying” as women to take titles away from actual women. Riley Gaines and the other 15 women have officially filed their lawsuit against the NCAA for violation of their federal civil rights.

I'm suing the NCAA along with 15 other collegiate athletes who have lost out on titles, records, & roster spots to men posing as women
The NCAA continues to explicitly violate the federal civil rights law of Title IX. About time someone did something about…
Title IX was passed to allow women to have the same advantages as men when it comes to sports. But here we are, 50 years later, moving backwards. The NCAA can’t be bothered to protect women in sports or the sanctity of Title IX, so these women have to stand up and do it themselves.

Here’s hoping the NCAA is finally held accountable for how they have treated collegiate women in sports, how they have redefined what Title IX says, and how they have not allowed women to have a safe space in locker rooms in the last few years.

It’s about time someone actually read Title 9. Playing by the nutters’ rule, Title 9 specifies “sex” not imagination.
