For some reason, it’s really hard for people to define what a woman is these days. Which really isn’t hard. But the party of “trust the science,” doesn’t seem to actually understand basic biology. It seems that the state of Kansas can finally define what a woman is though.
On Thursday, the Kansas Republican Legislators overrode the Governor’s veto and passed a bill that actually defines what a biological male and female are. The bill defines a woman as a person “whose biological reproductive system is developed to produce ova,” and a man as a person “whose biological reproductive system is developed to fertilize the ova of a female.” Which means the definition of what a woman is is now a state law. Ya love to see it.
This law will restrict people from going into restrooms, locker rooms, prisons, domestic violence shelters, and rape crisis centers of the opposite biological sex. The vote passed 28-12 in the Senate and by an overwhelming 84-40 in the House. Naturally, the Left is enraged by this, which makes it even better. Here’s hoping other states follow suit shortly.

I’m fairly certain the Left don’t speak English as they can’t seem to define any words.
I guess when your native tongue is Woke Word Salad where the only thing that matters is how you feel about the words in question and instead of trying to determine what the other person was trying to convey you just interpret it in the way that bests makes you a victim.
Ketanji Brown Jackson needs to read this as a refresher on what a woman is. Just like KBJ, none of its legislators are biologists, but were able to give a clear definition.
