March 29, 2023The Second Amendment guarantees, “The right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” It’s not up for interpretation. It is very clear. But the President of the United States seems to think differently.
In the quote above did it specify what kind of firearms? Nope. Just the right to bear Arms. And what now? Oh, and that right “shall not be infringed.” Seems pretty freaking clear to me, Joe.
There are no specifications as to what kind of firearms. We have the right to bear Arms, period. Do we have the right to go murder people in cold blood? No. That’s called a felony. But we DO have the right to own an automatic weapon, we DO have a right to own machine guns, and we DO have a right to own a flamethrower. Why? Because of the Second Amendment.
But also, where did that last one even come from? A flamethrower isn’t even considered a firearm. You can buy one on Amazon. Joe Biden is not a “Second Amendment guy,” he is an idiot. But, he has two shotguns, you guys. So, he is totally a 2A dude.

We have the right because we are endowed by our Creator with it. The Second merely restates what is implicit in Article 1 section 8. The Second wouldn’t even be needed if the body of the Constitution was actually followed.
Actually, it is legal to own a machinegun, a sawed-off rifle or a sawed-off shotgun. It requires a $200 tax payment and some paperwork, but it is legal. Prior to 1937 (I think) there was no law regarding machineguns etc. and you could order them by mail or buy them in a gun store. Please note that laws like these only control law abiding people. Criminals don’t care what the law says, they do whatever criminal activity they want.
Why is Biden talking about the Second Amendment? Shouldn’t be he eulogizing the trans shooter?
