The clip that’s floating around shows George Soros saying a whole lot of mean things about Trump, and he’s predicting (and hoping) that DeSantis and Trump “slug it out” in a primary. He thinks DeSantis will win that primary, and he HOPES that leads to Trump running 3rd party and destroying the GOP’s chances at the presidency. In no way is he ENDORSING DeSantis, because the part of his speech that people keep conveniently leaving out is this (this is the full clip):
People have freaking lost their minds over this. I honestly cannot believe Kari Lake retweeted it without the full context. I get that she’s 100% in for Trump, but this is just nonsense.
But people are willing to do anything to attack DeSantis, even if it means they have to make sh*t up about him. Case in point.
All of these pitiful attacks are EXACTLY the kinds of attacks that Trump supporters were so angry about when they were happening to Trump, and now some of those very same people are employing the same shady tactics against DeSantis, who HASN’T EVEN ANNOUNCED HE’S RUNNING.
It’s just gross.
