Joe Biden gave a speech today regarding the infrastructure spending plan, and as you can imagine, it was as regal, powerful, and moving as you would assume. You know, if regal, powerful, and moving meant that it was a bunch of slurring, mumbling, bad jokes, random yelling, creepy whispering, and word salad.
One of those incredibly powerful and moving parts was when he stated, “Folks, this is the United States of America for God sake. We know, and now we’re proving we’re much better than we’ve been of recent past.” First of all, what? Secondly, are we much better than we’ve been in recent past? Because I seem to remember being better off approximately 2 years and about a month ago. Before inflation, before gas prices were insanely high, back when we could afford groceries, and we could find baby formula.
At one point he talked about how this infrastructure bill is about America’s national security, at which point I actually laughed out loud. This man has some nerve talking about protecting our national security when he and his son are one of the biggest threats to our national security. What a joke.
But my favorite part of the whole speech was for sure this word salad.
BIDEN: "I’ll paraphrase the phrase of my old neighborhood: The rest of the countries, the world is not a patch in our jeans, if we do what we wanna do, we need to do." pic.twitter.com/G8WI7etvBb

This is how he closed out his speech. With this. Beautiful. But don’t worry, if you are confused as to what exactly he was saying or what he meant, you aren’t the only one.
I like chicken dresses with cabbage feet. One time Flintstone vitamins, gravy Grover Cleveland.

Biden 2024!
That’s almost profound. If only anybody understood what it means 🧐

This is our president, folks. He just gets better and better every time they put a microphone in front of him. We aren’t a joke to other countries at all.

I like Ben Shapiro’s awards where he listed Biden’s sign language translator as the most underpaid gov’t employee.
