Former FBI Lawyer Was Gatekeeping Twitter Files In Major File Drop

A few days ago, new Twitter CEO Elon Musk advised the public that he would be dropping a bunch of files to the public regarding how Twitter conspired with the Biden campaign team and the Democrat party to bury the Hunter Biden laptop story ahead of the 2020 election. The massive censorship campaign certainly influenced the outcome of the 2020 presidential election, and the public wanted to know exactly what went on behind-the-scenes to manipulate public perception and information. The files were to be dropped to two well-known liberal journalists, Matt Taibbi and Bari Weiss, who would basically sift through and live-tweet highlights as they found them in the files. There was some really interesting (and horrifying) stuff, but I’m not going to lie, I sure thought there’s be more.

Turns out, there was. Or there was supposed to be. But once again, things were being manipulated behind-the-scenes. And it’s no surprise who was doing it. Former FBI General Counsel Jim Baker, who left the FBI in 2018, was the deputy general counsel for Twitter. SHOCKER. I mean, wow. The general counsel for the Federal Bureau of Investigations of the United States government became the deputy general counsel for Twitter? No wonder things unfolded how they did over there. And he was essentially gatekeeping these incriminating files and sort of “vetting” what was being released to Weiss and Taibbi and then to the public. Is anyone surprised that a pretty top-dog FBI guy was censoring the files that likely implicated the FBI in a collusion scheme to influence a national election? Interestingly, Baker was involved in both the FBI Steele Dossier disaster and the Alfa-Server disaster.

Here’s how it went down. Taibbi and Weiss encountered “obstacles to new searches” within the files that they supposedly had access to on Friday. Weiss discovered that a person named Jim was in charge of giving the journalists access to the files, and eventually discovered that this Jim was Jim Baker, the FBI guy.

Apparently, Elon Musk was unaware that Jim Baker was engaging in this gatekeeping until Saturday, after the files were supposed to all drop.

Elon Musk fired Baker on Tuesday. But I’m sure every nefarious agency and organization is clamoring to hire Jim Baker so he can fail up to the next big disaster, coverup, or conspiracy. Because that’s how they do it in the alphabet agencies.
