Today Biden gave a speech defending Roe and abortion. He was certainly not at the top of his game, which is a very low bar to begin with. He got confused several times, one of which was at the end of his speech when he bizarrely apologized “to my back” for having delivered his speech with people standing behind him.
In a strange statement, Biden claimed,
“The right that I pushed hard and I finally got changed to marry couples in the privacy of their bedroom. Oh, ‘scuse me, the mary, I’m thinking about the Dobb, the Dobbs decision. Imagine, well, I’ll get to that in a second.”

I’m honestly so confused by this, and he clearly is, too. I suspect he’s getting several subjects mixed up and can’t quite remember the details of any of them. He probably vaguely remembers that there was something he felt he pushed hard for and helped change, and that there’s something pertinent about married couples in the privacy of their bedroom, and that the Dobbs decision has something to do with what he’s talking about. But that’s about all he’s capable of understanding and remembering at this point.
