Treasury Sec. Janet Yellen Claims “Our Economy Remains Resilient, Bolstered By President Biden’s Economic Plan” Despite Another Devastating Economic Report

Janet Yellen and Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre must live in the same alternate reality. In their world, the economy is resilient and seeing historic growth and gains. But in the real world, we’re witnessing multiple consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth, historically high inflation and cost of living numbers. And it’s thanks to the Biden Administration and the current Leftist leadership regime. Here’s Treasury Secretary Yellen gaslighting the American people by pretending they aren’t in the middle of an economic disaster thanks to Biden’s irresponsible policies and spending.

As a reminder, the real GDP was growing at 6.3%, inflation was at 1.4%, and gas was averaging $2.39 when Donald Trump left office two years ago. Now, we’re seeing consecutive quarters of negative GDP, inflation is up to 8.2%, and gas is averaging $3.91. And the Consumer Price Index hit a 40 year high at 6.6%. They’re just hoping you’re too stupid to notice.
