Media Now In Narrative Stage 3: Explain Why Child Mutilation Is GOOD After Denying It Was Ever Happening

The Leftist Democrat establishment, which includes the mainstream propaganda media, likes to follow a particular pattern when it comes to narratives:

• Denial- ‘The thing isn’t happening at all.’
• Qualified Acceptance- ‘The thing is happening, but not like you think.’
• The Spin- ‘The thing actually IS happening like you think, but here’s why that thing is actually GOOD.’
• Steering Into The Spin- ‘The thing is so good that we’re going to embrace and promote the thing.’

One of the best recent examples is inflation.

• There’s no inflation.
• There’s inflation, but it’s not like you think. It’s just transitory.
• There’s definitely inflation and it’s an issue, but here’s why inflation is actually good!
• Inflation is so good that we’re going to pass a bill that will increase inflation.

Well, now they’re doing it for the child mutilation narrative. They’ve been adamantly denying that the surgical and chemical mutilation of children is happening at all. But it clearly IS happening, and they could no longer deny that fact. So they moved on to step 2 where they conceded that it is happening, but not like you think. They argued that it isn’t being actively promoted or pushed on children, and it isn’t happening to young children. Just mature youth who are practically, or even legally, adults.

But there is a preponderance of evidence in the form of promotional videos from doctors, hospital website descriptions of various treatment options, pictures of mutilated children with their doctors, and so much more, proving that it IS being done on young children and it IS being marketed directly to them. And yet, every time a story breaks exposing the fact that doctors in hospitals across the nation are performing all manner of irreversible “gender affirming care” on children, they continue to insist that it isn’t happening like that and even “fact-check” it as misleading or false.

But now they’ve apparently moved on to step 3, where they try to spin it in their favor. Now they’ll admit that it’s happening just the way you’ve been saying it’s happening, and they can no longer deny it, so they’ll try to make you believe it’s actually a GOOD thing. That’s exactly what CBS News is saying with this article.

The next phase is where they steer directly into the narrative spin. Maybe they’ll try to pass a bill legalizing mutilation of minors without consent of parents or paving a way for it to be funded by taxpayers. This is how it works.
