Video Shows Walmart Shopper Devolving Into Demonic Shrieks After Cutting In Line, Being Called Out

Some public meltdowns are just so out of control that they’re almost funny, except that you know these people vote. I just came across this video and had to share it because it’s equal parts hilarious and terrifying. Hilarious, because this lady is Losing. Her. Mind. Allegedly because the guy called her out for cutting in line at the checkout. (Caveat–the video obviously begins after the incident is already taking place, so take that into consideration.) And terrifying because this is what our society is becoming. Fragile and entitled and coddled.

Also, to all the people who are like, ‘She’s obviously having a mental health breakdown, why not just stop recording and defuse the situation by leaving.’ Here’s the thing– when you decide to make a scene, you have to expect an audience. Everyone records everything these days. And why does everyone have to cater to someone having a meltdown? That kind of just teaches them that it’s an effective strategy to get what they want, like giving the screaming child candy in the checkout line. That’s what the younger generation of Americans has been taught. If you scream extra loud about something you don’t like and accuse the other person of hurting your feelings, then you get your way.

The screaming woman explains that “HE’S the f**king problem!” Basically representative of society at large right now. The guy even asks, “Is this a prank?” That’s how unbelievable this lady’s freakout is. She quickly devolves into hysterical, demonic shrieks which can be heard echoing throughout the store. She says she was “raped not that long ago” and that she “can’t stand another man touching me.” Hey, I get that. I promise, I really do. But the guy’s like, “I didn’t touch you, ma’am.” There’s even two shopping carts between them. Who knows if there was some kind of contact earlier in the incident, but there’s plenty of separation through the video clip. And if you’ve experienced that kind of trauma and can’t bare to be near men, which would be entirely understandable, then why go to Walmart at all, where there are sure to be men who might bump or touch you? There are a million apps for delivery services, and Walmart even has their own delivery program. Not to mention friends who would surely go shopping for you if you needed it. And I have to ask, is it standard for traumatized rape victims to publicly leverage their rape trauma to cut the line at Walmart?

Do you remember the video of the Victoria’s Secret shopper who was chasing and assaulting another shopper in a New Jersey mall, who then started screaming, crying, and freaking out about the other shopper recording her for protection and documentation of the incident?
