My parents recently had a foreign exchange student. At the end of her time here in America, her family flew here for a visit. It was her mother’s life-long dream to visit New York City, a place about which she’s heard so many incredible stories. My teenage sister went with the family for what was also her first visit to New York City. She was incredibly excited. And she was sorely disappointed. While they all expected an exciting and bustling world-famous city, they got a squalid hellhole that fell far short of all it’s been hyped to be. And recent videos and news stories affirm exactly this. New York City used to be great. It used to be the envy of many cities around the world. But it isn’t anymore. Here are a few videos and news stories showing what New York City has become.
You’ve got streets flooded with garbage. You’ve got violent crime right out in the open on occupied streets and sidewalks. You’ve got record high hate crimes against Asians and Jews. You’ve got a drug problem so rampant that local restaurants are handing out fentanyl test strips and residents are hiring private security. I mean, who would want to visit this place, much less LIVE here? Scroll down before you plan your next trip to NYC.

This is my neighborhood, 14th st between 6th & 7th Ave in #NYC. The streets are absolutely filthy. Not only is the area filthy but the majority of small stores betw 6th & 8th Ave on 14th have closed. There is 0 quality of life here.

Listen: Sometimes people just get shot while driving over a bridge in a major city. There's no need to start getting excited or something.

Drug overdoses are at record highs, and public drug use is common.
NYC Mayor Eric Adams continues to enable illegal drug use stating that 24 hour tax dollar funded injection sites save lives. Is this an adequate life for human beings? Why not provide 24 hour recovery/treatment services? Illegal drug abuse leads to violent attacks/robberies. https://t.co/NruO2TVu9F

Example #31,302 of the damage done to cities when they’re being run, (into the ground) by leftists. But I repeat myself.
Foreign visitors should tour the small town Midwest. Oops…maybe not. Not “exciting” enough.
And they will continue to vote democrat. You can’t fix stupid.
