One of my favorite things that celebrities do is tell their fans how hard they have it while living in their mansions, driving their 12 luxury cars, flying in their private planes, and dripping in diamonds.
Apparently the VMAs happened last night. While on stage accepting an award for her music that makes her millions of dollars, Lizzo decided to talk about how oppressed she was. In her acceptance speech she asked her fans to “vote to change some of these laws that are oppressing us.”

I don’t know what’s more absurd, the fact that the millionaire is oppressed, or that chain hooking her ear to her nose.
A quick little Google search of her net worth showed me that she is worth more than I will ever be. Now, there are some varying answers; however, they all fall between $10 and $15 million. I don’t know about you, but I sure as heck am not worth anywhere near that amount. Yet, celebrities like Lizzo and Colin Kaepernick, who are worth millions of dollars, will continue to tell me how oppressed they are and liberals just eat it up.
These celebrities tell us that our laws are oppressive and we need to vote for the right people to change them. Yet, they can’t tell us which laws are oppressive. They tell us to vote for the Democrats, because they are the ones that will bring change. Yet, it has been made VERY clear that the Democrats are not the party of the working man, but rather the party of the elite. So yes, liberal Hollywood elitists, keep telling me to vote for the people currently working to destroy our country and how the men and women that actually care about the working class are the worst. That will definitely change my mind on who I’m voting for.

I wish I could be oppressed that much so I could be worth millions of dollars.
The depression/oppression, I guess explains the all you can eat chocolate ice cream diet she appears to be on.

Of 50 wards and aldermen in all of Chicago, only one ward is occupied by a Republican. Pretty similar make-up to every other poverty-stricken, Democrat-led city. If oppressed people are voting wisely, how can they still be so oppressed?
Not even gravity is managing to oppress that woman.
I’d say that the ONLY law that is oppressing that woman is the law of gravity.
I was thinking the same thing.
