Another day, another beatdown in a public space caught on camera.
According to Miami’s Local 10 News:
An irate customer felt it was taking too long and started to scream at workers on Friday night at the Steak ‘n Shake, at 8701 SW 157th Ave., in the Kendall West neighborhood.
Ramos said the milkshake machine went into a defrost setting, so the customer had to wait for close to ten minutes for the order.
“The people involved were not the customer. The customer grabbed his milkshake and left the premises. It was his gang of buddies,” Ramos said.
Two of the restaurant employees were injured and required hospital attention after suffering a fractured elbow, facial fractures, and a laceration above the eye. One required nine stitches.
Here’s the video, along with a language and violence warning:

So now it’s your right to knock somebody’s lights out because your buddy didn’t get his milkshake quick enough?
What is this? Grand Theft Auto 5? Gimme a break…
The real kicker is that the guy that got his undies in a twist over the milkshake didn’t get mixed up in this brawl. His buddies just used his 10-minute delay as justification for a recreational beatdown.
I hope the hand of justice is swift, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t.
So… why is this kind of thing happening?
I have a bit of a theory. It’s not at all insightful or groundbreaking, but it’s what I think the “root cause” of this issue is (to employ the Democrat lingo).
For the last several decades (at least), parents have allowed public schools to raise their children. Not only from the academic side of things, but from the personal side too (which is where things get scary). They’re not just teaching ABCs and 123s anymore, which I’m sure most of you are well aware of.
Teachers are instructing children on who they should be (as opposed to who they can be, which would be preferrable) as adults, as Americans, and as “contributing” members of society (which I guess means punching people in the schnoz or lighting stuff on fire in the name of “justice”).
This kind of reaction to a slight inconvenience is what we get when we don’t teach our children how to properly address and handle their emotions.
Maybe if our society worried a little less about gender transitions for middle schoolers, we would be better off.
Maybe if we turned our focus away from blindly supporting organizations that use donations from guilty white suckers to fund mansions with gates and cared a little more about raising decent human beings, we wouldn’t have so many problems.
I could go on…
But alas, decent, hard-working Americans are less likely to need, or want, the government’s hands on every aspect of their lives, which would result in poor showings at the ballot box for a party whose idea of helping homeless drug addicts is to give them clean needles.

It was only a matter of time that this would happen after taking cottage cheese off the menu. Loved the pineapple ring on top.
I’ve been noodling something out, it’s still in the early stages though. I think it is – climate change.
Now do I think a one degree temperature change planet-wide is the cause? No, that would be silly. But I think the 60 years of “the world is going to end tomorrow” hysteria has caused a wave of nihilism to infect the culture, and the cancerous rot from it is quickly killing us.
