The unwillingness of this administration to outright condemn the specific behavior that has been displayed by the horrific protesters who’ve harassed the Supreme Court justices endlessly for the past couple of months is just jaw-dropping.
Look at this spin.
Fox News’ Peter Doocy spends his entire questioning time during the White House press briefing asking about Justice Brett Kavanaugh sneaking out of a restaurant to avoid protesters.

FYI – President Biden still hasn’t condemned the assassination attempt on Justice Kavanaugh. Good on Peter for pushing on this.

Yeah, If I was murdering unborn children I’d want to keep that private too. Pretty sure the Nazis were pissed that their murderous rampage of Jews wasn’t kept “private” from public knowledge.
Wait, did she say it’s a clear definition what “violence” is?
Isn’t she part of the side that seems to think that speech is violence?
If so, isn’t protesting violence?
The justices told us we have no right to privacy.
Um, no. They merely said there’s no Constitutional right to murder. Maybe your state will think it’s okie-dokie.
You have no idea what you’re talking about. Inform yourself.
In the opinion, Alito maintained that the right to an abortion was a part of the right to privacy — neither of which are included in the Constitution.
In a concurring opinion penned by Justice Clarence Thomas, the conservative justice said the court should reconsider rulings that protect access to contraception, same-sex relationships, and same-sex marriage.
“For that reason, in future cases, we should reconsider all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell,” Thomas wrote.
In interviews with Insider before Friday’s ruling but after a draft of the opinion was leaked in May, law experts cautioned that singling out the right to privacy this way exposes a weak spot that could jeopardize more than just abortion rights, including access to birth control pills and emergency contraception as well as marriage equality and gay rights.

Sorry, Carol Ann… if you insist on getting your panties in a twist, put the blame where it belongs. It’s not SCOTUS’ fault that Democrats in Congress never even tried to codify abortion any time in 50 years after Rowe, like they should have done. The Supremes merely rectified a bad precedent and interpreted the Constitution as written. I really don’t give a damn about any link to your looney left legal experts. I have my own that know how to read the law. Sorry for your loss.
