Teachers Union Rejects The Words “Mother And Father,” Replacing With “Birthing Parent”

In case you were unaware, the teachers union has gone full-on woke-insane. If you’re a normal person/parent, and you dare to question that wokeness, of course, then Merrick Garland will be happy to sic his DOJ on you and brand you a domestic terrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrorist. Because commies. I mean, liberals (but I repeat myself).

But let me just lay out the crazy that these people are implementing in our schools.

According to Daily Wire:

The National Education Association’s (NEA) annual conference is underway, and the teachers union is voting on calling for a national policy of mandatory masking, creating an enemies list, and rejecting the words “mother” and “father.

The Chicago conference is chock-full of woke agenda items and progressive language involving issues that would seem to have little to do with the proper education of the nation’s children. The unabashedly leftist organization doesn’t even seem to recognize its own heterosexual male membership, at least according to one measure in circulation.

Men BAAAAAD, you guys. Down with the patriarchy! (I mean, not having men in households has done WONDERS for our society over the past 30-40 years, dontchathink?)

Mmmmm hmmm.

There are four main things the teachers union is doing right now that have ZERO ZILCH NADA to do with Actual Freaking Learning:

One, it’s “publicly stand in defense of abortion” and “calling abortion limits an attack on ‘students, families, and communities.” Two, it’s “calling for a national policy of mandatory masking and COVID vaccines in schools, as well as high-quality virtual education for immuno-compromised students and all families who want it.” Three, its saying that it will “publicize its commitment to “young people’s right to learn about and develop their own sexual orientation and gender identity.” And four, they are going to “promote language that is ‘LGBTQIA+ inclusive,’ including using birthing parent and non-birthing parent instead of mother and father.“

These are the things they’re busying themselves with, while America is falling behind other countries in nearly every subject. Did you notice how ZERO of the agenda items above have jack squat to do with reading, writing, or math? Nothing to do with social studies or science? Absolutely NOTHING to do with academic greatness or teaching our kids civics or anything of that sort? Meh – who cares, right? As long as they can shove their liberal woke bullsh*t down the throats of our kids, decaying their minds and souls, while not teaching them anything that WE PAY THEM TO TEACH – that’s find with them. That’s their goal, after all. These people are activists, and nothing more. No wonder there is a teacher crisis brewing in our country – and that’s a recipe for disaster.

It won’t end well, y’all.

Perhaps if the union concentrated on teaching and actually focusing on what their actual JOB is, rather than being progressive-liberal activists? The entire industry would be in a different place right now. Or better yet, the union should be dissolved entirely. It would result in higher-paid teachers and a better educational environment for students – one that didn’t include discussions over whether or not we should be using the words “mother” or “father.”
