July 7, 2022I mean, it’s just ridiculous at this point. The level to which Karine Jean Pierre has tried to evade questions about what a total national security threat Hunter Biden is, and the extent to which the president was engaged in his son’s business dealings – it’s just comical at this point. She keeps trying to suggest that the press should “contact Hunter’s representatives.” SERIOUSLY? This is less about Hunter and more about what the POTUS knew and what he was involved with. It’s no longer appropriate to refer to the laptop as “allegedly” belonging to Hunter Biden. When even the NYT admits that it and its contents are real, THEN IT’S TIME FOR THE WH TO ADMIT IT IS FREAKING REAL.
Like this latest video, for example. The Sun released it, along with details about where it’s from – namely, a fancy rehab spa in Massachusetts, and more specifically a sensory deprivation tank at said spa. The president apparently had just given Hunter 75k to pay for it. And as you can see if you click the sourcelink, it was money well spent. (Insert every eyeroll here).

The video was dated January 30 of 2019, so not terribly long ago, and certainly right around the time Joe Biden was deciding to run for president.
But we have an enabling press corps, at least to date, who are only just now starting to show signs of irritation that no one will answer questions about Hunter Biden and his father’s knowledge of his skeevy business dealings with our enemies. Let’s hope their irritation grows.
Don Jr addressed the media hypocrisy, and made a great point. If Hunter was perfectly willing to video record himself doing absolutely disgusting things, can you even imagine what ISN’T on video??

I remember the day that Kellyanne Conway and Ivanka Trump were lambasted and they wanted ethics violations filed against Ivanka because Ivanka wore her own clothing line in the WH and Kellyanne allegedly promoted it also – after which they were counseled against this. But Hunter did way worse and the media nor the Justice Department think there is anything worth pursuing? Also why hasnt the media been all up in HB face about these questions every time he goes out???
If this were Donald Jr. or Eric Trump involved in a mere misdemeanor, the media would be demanding answers for it. They’d even make an international incident out of the teenage Barron Trump taking a sip of champagne.
When will the media start asking tough questions about Hunter’s crimes? Perhaps the day after the statute of limitations expires … or possibly never.
