July 5, 2022So so so so so so so so so tired of these stale, pointless, unhelpful, useless arguments from Democrats.
It should be noted that the mayor was the shooter’s cub scout leader back in the day, which is why Gayle asked what her recollection of him was.
This isn’t about “glorifying” what the shooter put on social media. His social media accounts are important because THAT IS WHERE THE CLUES ARE. The gun used in this heinous act didn’t just hurl itself into the killer’s hands and pull him towards a July 4th parade. The killer was a lunatic, “known to police” and there were clear signs on his social media that should have led police and/or whoever else to engage with him on some level. I’m not a mental health expert, but if he was already known to police and if there were this many troubling signs in his music, his drawings, and his posts in general that he had murder and mayhem on the brain – then what the national conversation needs to be about isn’t more useless gun legislation, it needs to be about HOW TO INTERVENE when someone is clearly this troubled.
The mayor was pressed on this, but naturally, she gave only brief mention to mental health and then went right back to guns.
Is this “uniquely American?” It absolutely happens far too often here. But it’s simply not accurate to suggest that this didn’t JUST ALSO FREAKING HAPPEN, for example, in Denmark. Three people were killed and many others wounded in a shooting in Copenhagen at a shopping mall. The shooter was also a 22-year old white man. In that same sourcelink, there’s mention of a shooting that took place in Norway just last week. Both countries have very strict gun laws.
I’m not suggesting the US doesn’t have a serious problem. We absolutely do. But we need to be REAL about what measures will actually HELP. And this endless, pointless conversation about restricting gun rights AIN’T IT. The gun legislation Biden just signed would not have changed what happened yesterday.
The people perpetrating these horrible crimes are PSYCHO. And as we saw in Kenosha, it isn’t about guns. It’s about psychos using whatever is available to them in order to inflict harm on innocents.

The Democrats do not ever let a tragedy go to waste.
Democrats can’t afford to be serious regarding mental health. Remember, gender dysphoria is currently listed as a mental illness. Democrats would lose their trans base if they suddenly became interested in mental health.
Also, dems don’t care about mental health because they don’t care about preventing mass shootings. They ONLY care about banning evil scary guns. If guns were completely banned, they would proceed to try and ban blades like what the city of London did. The end goal is to completely remove any possible tool that would assist in self-defense. Even martial arts classes would be banned in a left (dys)utopia.
These are the same idiots who can, without a second thought (or even a first), claim in the same breath that only the government should have guns but also complain about police killing people.
Propaganda is a weapon of war. I say we ban Democrats speaking as it’s clearly only propaganda at this point.
