Why Dems Are Psyched Justice Breyer Is Retiring

Leftist Supreme Court Stephen Justice Breyer just announced he is being retired.

I say it that way because I doubt he organically or personally came to the conclusion to retire right now.

It’s far more likely that The Party pressured him to retire right now in order to distract from the fact that the American people despise and pity President Biden, who has done absolutely nothing that achieves a net positive, who has abysmal ratings, and who barely knows what day it is, much less what year, very much less what’s going on in the country, and significantly much less what’s going on in the world.

In fact, I suspect that President Biden heard about Breyer’s retirement and is wondering what kind of ice cream he’s going to eat now since his favorite brand is being retired. I’m not joking at all. Bloomberg literally ran a puff piece about how he’s a way better president than Trump because he has a bowl of Breyers chocolate chip ice cream in the evenings. That man has no idea what’s going on.

No, it’s not about Justice Stephen Breyer. It’s about optics. They need Biden and the administration and The Party to appear to have some sort of a win amid an entire year of epic failures.

They can see that they are going to lose all the midterms this year, because people are tired of their draconian and totalitarian rule. Pretty much all their major policies and plans have backfired.

• Build Back Better, which was supposed to be their crowning achievement, is dead in the water.
• Their defund the police movement led to historic crime rates in predominantly big blue cesspools around the country, and people are tired of it.
• The southern border is an epic disaster with the HHS secretary pledging not to uphold federal law.
• Their Covid policies did more damage than good. Even leftist companies are tired of their shenanigans.
• Inflation is at an almost 40 year high.
• Abandoning Americans in Afghanistan during that disaster, the obvious apathy for American citizens in Ukraine, and the impressive foreign policy failures are fairly bipartisan annoyances.

After so many failures, The Party decided that the appointment of a new leftist Justice would be just the thing they needed to fire up their base before the devastating midterms later this year.

But there’s a problem. They need the Senate to confirm ‘Biden’s’ pick, and The Party has spent the last little while ostracizing, vilifying, and labeling Senators Manchin and Sinema as racists. And now they need their vote.

So, in a hilarious plot twist, it looks like Senators Manchin and Sinema will be choosing the next Supreme Court Justice.

But ultimately, the replacement of one leftist Justice by another leftist Justice means little except in terms of optics, which is another one of The Party and the Biden Administration’s failures.

And I’m laughing just a little bit at the desperation and hilarity of it all.
