In an incredible display of typical leftist hypocrisy, the Mayor of San Francisco was caught on video broking her own COVID rules.
Mayor London Breed was seen partying at an indoor jazz club with Black Lives Matter cofounder Alicia Garza, to watch Raphael Saadiq and D’Wayne Wiggins perform. Luckily for the American masses who are subjected to arbitrary and unscientific COVID rules, it’s all on video so we can see exactly how much these rules don’t matter.
San Francisco Mayor @LondonBreed announced a citywide indoor mask mandate in August.

After being publicly called out, she responded that she and her friends
“don’t need the fun police to come in and micromanage and tell us what we should or shouldn’t be doing.”
Are you freaking kidding me? You don’t need someone coming in and forcing you to do something that you don’t want or need to do? You’re going with that? Yeah, that’s literally what free American citizens have been saying for months! Actually, years at this point. We don’t need the government “fun police” coming in here and micromanaging and telling us what we should or shouldn’t be doing. And yet they are, and the American citizens are being coerced or pressured into compliance.
Y’all. Just listen to her defend her blatant hypocrisy.
Democrats: MASKS REQUIRED

Ok, let’s just start with the first 10 seconds of this 2 minute comedy show. How hilarious is this “journalist” who is acting so gushingly apologetic about being obligated to ask a tough question about a politician’s blatant exceptionalism and hypocrisy.
“This specific paragraph, I was asked to ask you about. It says–this is in a published report–it say that a video, again, this is nitpicking, but it is what it is it…”
I mean wow. She does not want to ask this question and she does not want Breed to have to answer the question, and she works so hard to discredit and devalue the question before even asking it so that her audience knows exactly how stupid she thinks the question is. That way, no matter how horrific the answer (and it is horrific) it won’t matter because the audience will already know it was a stupid question to ask in the first place. Like, how dare we expect integrity and fairness from our politicians, right?
Objective journalists would never be so overtly apologetic about forcing a politician to answer tough questions about their decisions, especially when those decisions directly impact the lives of the American people. But our mainstream media is simply the propaganda machine for the leftist agenda and narrative, so they don’t want to say or do anything that might reflect poorly on those things.
And then Breed’s response itself is pure gold. Honestly, it’s hilarious and absurd.
“My drink was sitting at the table. I got up and started dancing because I was feeling the spirit and I wasn’t thinking about a mask.”
She was feeling. The. Spirit. Guys, I literally laughed out loud at that bit. That’s her excuse. She was feeling the spirit.
Oh, is that all it takes? Feeling the spirit and not thinking about a mask?
Honey, the Holy Spirit is with me every minute of every day, and I’m always feeling that Spirit, so I don’t have to wear a mask either, right? And I never concern myself with thinking about masks. So again, I don’t have to wear one, right?
“I was thinking about having a good time and in the process I was following the health orders.”
She was having a good time, y’all. She was just having a good time. And that’s why she was apparently allowed to completely disregard a portion of her own absurd health order she says she was following.
“While I’m eating and drinking I’m going to keep my mask off.”
See, her drink was on the table because she had previously been drinking. You know, before she was up and dancing. And she was feeling the spirit of this apparently momentous and history-making moment of music performance at a jazz club, and she just jumped out of her seat and was having such a good time that she didn’t think about putting on a mask. She even says that it isn’t “realistic” to expect a person to put their mask on while they’re eating and drinking.
And listen, people. I agree with this. She doesn’t need a mask. She certainly doesn’t need a mask on between bites or drinks. If she’s sitting there chatting and singing without a mask on while she imbibes for minutes or hours, then logic would dictate that her mask is entirely unnecessary in the first place, as any germs she might be likely to spread would have been spread during those prolonged maskless times, so why even wear a mask at all? And, as she mentioned several times, she’s fully vaccinated and so were those around her. She shouldn’t be forced to wear a scientifically ineffective mask in an illogical and unnecessary way, especially after being fully vaccinated. But the issue is that she is forced to do so because she is forcing everyone else to do so.
Well, actually, it’s the reverse. Everyone else is exempt because she is exempt. Unfortunately for millions of non-confrontational and peace-loving American citizens, she’s just one of the few that have the balls to use their own common sense and not do a stupid and ineffective thing that they don’t actually have to do.
I also have the balls (metaphorically speaking, of course, since I am a woman, and women don’t have testicles… but I digress).
I personally don’t wear a mask. I just don’t. And I don’t make a big deal about it when I go places. Almost every establishment I visit has a posted notice somewhere that says they require a mask in order to enter the establishment. But the reality is that they are only required by various governmental agencies to officially require it, and most places don’t actually care. So I walk in there as though I have the right to be there with my face uncovered, which I do because this is not yet Afghanistan, and almost no one ever says anything to me. People don’t actually care. Especially not businesses who want your money.
But just in case there’s a Karen in the building, I always bring my big wide-mouthed water bottle with me. I hold it while I shop, or put it in the top of the cart and take frequent sips. If anyone mentions a mask to me, I raise my water bottle to them as though clinking glasses and cheerfully say, “Thank you,” and take a sip of water in front of them as I continue on my way. That’s usually where it ends. If they’re a particularly pesky Karen and approach me again, I simply say, “I’m actively drinking and am not required to wear a mask while actively eating or drinking.” And not a single person can say anything contrary because it’s true. As illogical and nonscientific as it is, it’s completely true. Because mask mandates are illogical and nonscientific, because they aren’t about public health. They’re about control and compliance.
Is it a loophole? Absolutely. And I will take full advantage of that loophole as long as hypocritical politicians implement arbitrary and unscientific rules from which they exempt themselves or likewise use loopholes.
If they’re exempt, then I am, too. And so are you.
