April 9, 2021Well, President Biden is definitely keeping his corrupt promises. Greeeaaat.
Apparently liberals have been pressuring Biden to expand the Supreme Court and, like the true puss he is, he will more than likely oblige. According to Fox News, President Biden will form a commission to study reforms on SCOTUS.
Fox News reported:
The 36-member commission will be bipartisan and will hold public meetings to evaluate court reforms. The new panel will have 180 days from the first meeting to complete its report on the pros and cons of court reforms.
According to the White House, the commission will look into “the length of service and turnover of justices on the Court; the membership and size of the Court; and the Court’s case selection, rules, and practices.”
I think reevaluating the term limits is fairly reasonable, but having more justices on the bench will only increase the amount of political bias… which makes sense why the left is pushing for it, I guess.
It’s almost like all of these rules, regulations, laws, and executive orders are being implemented and/or changed to benefit those in power.
Even RBG believed packing the court was a bad idea when President Franklin Roosevelt attempted to do so.
Biden himself was actually against court-packing back in 1983, calling it a “bonehead idea,” according to Fox News.
