Let me guess… we have to vote for it in order to see what’s in it?
If that isn’t the equivalent of receiving a surprise package THAT ENDS UP BEING A BOMB then I don’t know what is.
Fox News reported:
“Right now, the full Congress should come together and pass a robust package for relief to address these urgent needs,” Biden told reporters in Delaware.
“But any package passed in a lame-duck session is likely to be, at best, just a start.”
How special.
Roughly 12,000-61,000 people die annually from the flu since 2010, according to the CDC, but a virus with a 99.997% survival rate shuts down the country… SMH.
Negotiations on additional COVID-19 relief have stalled for months in Congress.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and other Democratic leaders support a multi-trillion-dollar package with aid for state and local governments, while Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., and top Republicans have called for a “skinny” package with targeted relief measures aimed at businesses.
How about we just let the country open back up and let the businesses make their money per usual, which would also include people going back to work. Those that are more vulnerable should take the necessary precautions, just as anyone else already has with the existence of the flu for countless years.
We can’t just continuously print money without the expectation of balancing the funds elsewhere; handing out more debt will inevitably accrue a higher long term cost. The democrats will spend into oblivion.
But I guess we can’t expect the dems to follow the money… they already vehemently deny following the science…
