Chinese Wet Markets Back To Business — Still Selling Bats, Dogs And More

Well, China, which is still LYING about the virus, is apparently back to business as usual in operation of so-called wet markets.  As you recall, these wet markets are widely thought to be the source of this COVID-19 pandemic.   People in China apparently just can’t go without their bat soup for too long.

Cages full of cats and dogs waiting for slaughter and the unsanitary preparation of animals is again reportedly a common sight in Chinese food markets, often called wet-markets, according to in-country correspondents with the Daily Mail.

China ordered that its wet-markets be shut down in January, after facts emerged suggesting that coronavirus was first transmitted to humans via bats and other live animals sold in the often filthy places of commerce, according to Business Insider. However, now that China says it’s beaten the virus, the markets seem to have resumed business as usual.

“The markets have gone back to operating in exactly the same way as they did before coronavirus,” said a Daily Mail correspondent who observed the markets re-opening Dongguan. “The only difference is that security guards try to stop anyone taking pictures which would never have happened before.”

Another correspondent in Guilin, a city in southwest China, photographed a sign advertising bats, snakes, spiders, lizards and scorpions for sale as remedies for common illnesses.

I’ve had it to with China!  Completely had it!  The government that can exercise dictatorial control over media, the internet, and religious expression could also shut down these wet markets if they wanted.  But instead, they are posting guards to prevent people from documenting what is happening?  What is wrong with these people?

And who, beside the fools at WHO, believes that the COVID-19 pandemic has been stopped in China?

Right now, as a nation, we are in the thick of fighting this virus and all attention needs to be on saving lives and our economy.  But once we are through that, we need to focus on China.  We must to remove all critical industry from China.  We need to remove as much non-critical industry from China.  The U.S.A. should stop contributing to setting China on course to be the largest economy in the world.

Now, more than ever, it is clear that China is not our friend.

I don’t know about you, but I’m willing to pay more for my goods, in order that they be made anywhere else other than China.
