ABC Seemingly Questions If A Fetal Heartbeat Can Even Be Detected

A number of states are working on passing pro-life laws, many which prohibit abortion after a fetal heartbeat is detected. Louisiana’s legislature recently passed its own version. However, ABC is busying itself by framing the reality of fetal heartbeats as a theory or just something “supporters of the law believe.”

ABC’s David Muir talked about the Louisiana legislature’s move, describing it as “the latest in a wave of challenges across this country.”

“And we’re also following a breaking headline out of Louisiana at this hour. Lawmakers there have just passed a strict ban on abortion, as early as six weeks, with no exception for rape or incest,” Muir said. “The latest in a wave of challenges across this country.

They then broke to ABC correspondent Steve Osunsami.

“With protesters marching outside for days, lawmakers in Louisiana joined a chorus of states voting to outlaw abortions as early as six weeks into a pregnancy, when supporters of the law believe that a fetal heartbeat can be detected,” he said.

Did you catch that? Since when is the reality of fetal heartbeat a belief or opinion? A heartbeat is either present, or it’s not. These are the dark tactics of the left. They subtly drop questionable statements in “news reports” and slowly condition listeners without them even realizing it.

It’s infuriating and heartbreaking. This isn’t a flesh and blood battle. This isn’t about a “woman’s choice.” This all goes back to the goal of darkness in this world: To keep humanity blind to who we really are– God’s masterpiece, made in His image. If we don’t know who we are and if we don’t know our authority, we can be subdued. I can’t imagine that anything breaks God’s heart more. So many people are being deceived into believing that we’re nothing more than viruses on the Earth. We’re beings of no innate value, they say. As a result of that lie, unborn children are being treated like garbage by our own hands. All because far too many people don’t know their value. They’ve been deceived.

It’s easy to get caught up on the obnoxious “famous” people pushing abortion, but it’s crucial to remember that it’s not about THEM. It’s about the dark principles and principalities they are touting. I know that might sound a little forceful and “out there” to some of you, but I don’t think there’s any sense in sugarcoating the truth. There’s an incredible advantage to knowing and acknowledging the root of such wickedness.

Murdering innocent babies isn’t OK. Everyone, deep down– regardless of their beliefs– has to know that.
