This just in. The Supreme Court is allowing the Trump administration’s transgender military ban to go into effect. This doesn’t mean it’s totally settled. It simply means that the ban can stay while the case goes through the process.
The Pentagon can move forward with a plan to restrict military service by transgender people while lawsuits work their way through the court system, the Supreme Court ordered Tuesday.
The high court on Tuesday reversed lower-court orders preventing the Pentagon from implementing its plans. But the high court for now declined to take up cases about the plan. The cases will continue to move through lower courts.

As the military itself determined, someone’s gender identity has nothing to do with their ability to serve our country in uniform. And, #TransRightsAreHumanRights. Yet, sadly: https://t.co/o4xMA4QskG

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. People are prevented from serving in the military for FAR less “severe” reasons. The problem is, “progressives” refuse to acknowledge that gender dysmorphia is a mental illness. The military is not a place for SJW social experiments. Period.
The military isn’t a social experiment. The fact that transgender individuals think they can serve and demand special treatment to do so is unfair to everyone else. Women shouldn’t have to get used to showering with transitioning men. Those serving shouldn’t have to waste their time on sensitivity training and “progressive” transgender protocols. We shouldn’t interrupt military operations for the sake of political correctness. If you can’t deal with being treated like everyone else, the military isn’t for you.
Cue the mass freak-outs.
