Is Trump On The Verge Of Declaring A National Emergency?

Is President Trump preparing to pull the trigger and declare a national emergency? He’s made it abundantly clear that he will if he has to. His latest tweets make it sound like he’s on the verge of doing it.

There’s a clear sense of urgency in those tweets.

Democrats continue to refuse to negotiate in good faith or appropriate any money for border barriers. If they won’t compromise, POTUS should use asset forfeiture money or other discretionary fees to start construction. If not, he should declare a national emergency. It's time.
