I stumbled upon this today, and yeah. I was expecting it.
Chris Pratt is very, VERY open about his Christian faith. So how long would it be until Hollywood started turning against him? My bet is his days were numbered.
So of course, this article came as no surprise. In fact… I’m more surprised that ‘TV Guide’ is still a thing.

So… the headline is misleading. This isn’t about how to “love” Chris Pratt. This is about all the reasons you should hate him. The URL of the article gives away what they REALLY meant to say: https://www.tvguide.com/news/chris-pratt-problematic/)
UUGHH.
Here’s just a little taste of this dumpster fire:
Adding fuel to this particular fire is the fact that Pratt, an avid hunter who has often spoken about his love of hunting, currently raises lambs on his farm. The enthusiastic tone he took when speaking about “eating fresh farm-to-table lamb” in an Instagram video earlier this year — “They are the happiest lambs on the planet, they are so sweet and then one day they wake up dead and they’re in my freezer” — sparked backlash from a number of fans, and not just those who are vegetarians or vegans. The next day, Pratt posted a photo of several pieces of fresh lamb meat and even compared said lamb’s death to something as easy or trivial as “unplugging a TV.”
GAAAAAASP.
He’s a monster.
Basically, here’s what makes him “so problematic”:
The listed problems (seriously):
1) he gave a cat away once
2) he hunts for food and raises food on his farm
3) he “mocked outrage culture”
4) he offended the hearing impaired by using “turn up the volume, don’t just read the subtitles” as a metaphorWay worse than Polanski. https://t.co/gfiByaQPde

TRANSLATION: he’s not an insufferable Hollywood sheep.
GOT IT.
This might be the dumbest article I’ve read in quite a while.

Why the fuck is this an article? A person has different beliefs, views & opioins then I do so said person must be problematic. I’m not even a fan of Chris Pratt but these type of opinion pieces are petty & can verge on being hateful. Not even 5 yr olds are this petty.

‘
I’m kinda sad for this “writer” since she doesn’t seem to have much of a life beyond stalking celebrities’ Instagram accounts looking for reasons to be offended.

OUCH.
I do believe you just made me like him even more than I already did. So thanks for that.

This personal attack on one of the few good guys in Hollywood is a disgrace but sadly not surprising in this day and age!!!!

Nope. Not at all.
Meanwhile, guys like Weinstein got away with being complete and absolute SCUMBAGS for DECADES.
But you know… CHRIS FREAKING PRATT is what Hollywood considers “problematic.”
