Trump Hits Back On Chief Justice John Roberts’s Criticism

Chief Justice John Roberts released a brief statement today, defending the “independent” judiciary and criticizing Trump calling a judge an “Obama judge.”

This comes after President Trump criticized the federal “Obama judge” who blocked his asylum ban.

Roberts said Wednesday the U.S. doesn’t have “Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges.” He commented in a statement released by the Supreme Court after a query by The Associated Press.

Roberts said on the day before Thanksgiving that an “independent judiciary is something we should all be thankful for.”

The White House had no immediate response to a request for comment on Roberts’ criticism.

But as fine and dandy as it is to believe that… he’s wrong.

Is Chief Justice Roberts implying Far Left Liberal Judges appointed by Obama have no political bias?

Judges are SUPPOSED to be impartial. They’re not.

And now President Trump has issued a response:

Sorry Chief Justice John Roberts, but you do indeed have “Obama judges,” and they have a much different point of view than the people who are charged with the safety of our country. It would be great if the 9th Circuit was indeed an “independent judiciary,” but if it is why……
