Trump Considering Signing Executive Order To End Birthright Citizenship

Wasn’t expecting this today!

According to a report from Axios, President Trump said that he’s considering signing an executive order that would end birthright citizenship.

President Trump plans to sign an executive order that would remove the right to citizenship for babies of non-citizens and unauthorized immigrants born on U.S. soil, he said yesterday in an exclusive interview for “Axios on HBO,” a new four-part documentary news series debuting on HBO this Sunday at 6:30 p.m. ET/PT.

In other words, illegals wouldn’t be able to come over here and have a baby and use them as an “anchor” anymore.

“It was always told to me that you needed a constitutional amendment. Guess what? You don’t,” Trump told Axios.

“You can definitely do it with an Act of Congress. But now they’re saying I can do it just with an executive order,” he continued.

“We’re the only country in the world where a person comes in and has a baby, and the baby is essentially a citizen of the United States … with all of those benefits,” Trump added. “It’s ridiculous. It’s ridiculous. And it has to end.”

“It’s in the process. It’ll happen,” Trump declared.

But will it? Because…we have a Constitution.

To be clear:

The 14th Amendment was written for victims of slavery. Not as a loophole for foreign citizens, as the Left is preaching today.

“Trump can’t do that, because the 14th Amendment forbids him from doing that!” the blue checkmarked journalist screeched seconds before declaring that the 2nd Amendment doesn’t really protect gun ownership, and who cares even if it does, because guns and gun owners are gross.

That’s the thing. I don’t know WHAT to make of this yet, but I sure as heck know that I don’t want to hear a freaking PEEP from liberals and their newfound devotion to the Constitution, because those ding dongs are CONSTANTLY looking for ways to take away our Second Amendment rights.
