Heidi Heitkamp Thinks She Has Better Judgment Than Her ND Constituents

Democratic Senator Heidi Heitkamp is REALLY not doing herself any favors.

First, she BIZARRELY admitted that she was initially going to vote “Yes” for Kavanaugh… but voted “No” after watching him on mute.
