Kavanaugh’s second accuser– Deborah Ramirez, the woman who claimed Kavanaugh stuck his junk in her face at a party or something– has made her move. And by that I mean, she’s not making another move. She refuses to speak to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., who sits on the committee, said a lawyer for Ramirez told committee staff she would not speak to them about her allegation that Kavanaugh flashed his naked groin in her face during an alcohol-laden party their freshman year. Ramirez made the accusation in a blockbuster Sunday night New Yorker story.
“Our counsel repeatedly tried to reach him,” Kennedy said of Ramirez’s lawyer. “They finally did reach him, and he said we are not issuing a statement. He said if you want our statement, read the New Yorker.”
In other words, this woman flung a pile of crap out there and…that’s it. We’re just supposed to deal. She doesn’t have to answer questions or prove anything. She can just say that she feels like this maybe possibly happened, and that’s it. Kavanaugh can deal.
Talking to them of course would mean talking under oath. https://t.co/uK4YCMym4C

Precisely.
How is ANY of this fair to him? Is this really what we’re doing now? Why are feminists OK with allowing women to make completely BASELESS accusations without defending them or offering proof? Why is it OK to immediately declare Kavanaugh guilty? This is SO WRONG on SO many levels.
To make matters worse, two of the sucktastic “Republican” lawmakers who could legitimately ruin this for Kavanaugh (Sens. Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski), want to hear from this woman. As if her claims are CREDIBLE. Again. She had to consult with an attorney for SIX DAYS before deciding if this happened. Are Collins and Murkowski dumb?

So unless Ford doesn't testify or gets totally exposed as not telling the truth (impossible under the "rules" of this situation), how does Lisa Murkowski vote for Kavanaugh?
And if she doesn't vote for him, how does Collins? And if Collins doesn't vote for him, he's toast, so… https://t.co/qtpxv9OPBR

This is where we’re at. I’m furious at Collins and Murkowski. Totally spineless fools. If they keep this up, they’ll cost Kavanaugh his confirmation AND Republicans big victories in the midterms. You watch.
