Rep. Billy Long Drowned Out Laura Loomer’s Protest About Being Unverified On Twitter, And I Accidentally Thought It Was Awesome.

Look.  Laura Loomer is a controversial figure.  She does some good work, and then sometimes she goes over the top.  I’m generally not a fan of overthetopness, but to each his own.

I am also not a fan of obnoxious protesting – the kind that disrupts hearings, regardless of what side of the aisle it comes from.  Laura is a conservative, and that’s awesome.  But she tried to protest about shadowbanning and other Twitter trickery in a way that I think is pointless and totally unhelpful.  And this was the result.

Laura Loomer disrupted the Twitter hearing with Jack Dorsey to complain about being unverified.

I totally LOLd at that. And I hope Rep. Billy Long heads on over to the Kavanaugh hearings to do the same thing to the psycho protesters that are disrupting there too.
