15-Year-Old From Missouri Googles ‘Scary Movies Where Kids Kill Parents’ …Guess What She Does Next

A 15-year-old girl searched ‘scary movies where kids kill parents’ on her home computer.

If you guessed “she kills both of her parents, walks over to a McDonals, and calls 911 to say there’s been a robbery.” you’d be right.

Hooooly freaking smokes.

This DOES sound like a scary movie. It’s too messed up to register as REAL LIFE.

According to Daily Mail:

Daejona Holmes has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder, as well as armed criminal action and tampering with physical evidence.

She allegedly shot her parents Kinderly Holmes, 37, and Brian Starr, 38, in their Kansas City, Missouri home in April. She will be tried as an adult.

Authorities said that they received a 911 call from the teen, who first claimed that her parents were shot during a robbery.

It became apparent she was lying when she entirely changed her story.

Holmes, who called the police from a nearby McDonald’s, then quickly changed her story and said she shot her father after he shot her mother.

Apparently, Daejona didn’t watch the part of the “scary movie” where people get caught because their stories don’t add up.

That’s not all that gave her away. Once investigators searched the house, what happened became GLARINGLY obvious.

After obtaining a search warrant, investigators found that Holmes had recently searched for ‘scary movies where kids kill parents’ and saved rap lyrics about wanting her father dead.

A video on her phone showed Holmes dancing in her bedroom while holding a handgun.

Investigators also discovered a drawing that showed one stick figure shooting another. One figure was labeled ‘Dad’ and another was labeled ‘Me’.

A third stick figure had X’s for eyes and ‘blood’ all around it, according to the Kansas City Star.

Holy freaking CRAP.

This girl is obviously severely disturbed.

I wonder if her parents realized something was VERY wrong. I wonder if they saw any of the CLEAR signs their daughter was plotting their deaths.  I also wonder where she got the gun.

If Daejona wanted to act out a scene from a horror movie… she succeeded. This is absolutely horrific.
