The Media Is FLIPPING THEIR LID Over A T-Shirt Sold At “Newseum” Gift Shop

You know what’s interesting? (“Interesting” is ONE word for it.)

The left loooves pretending they’re all about “Free speech.”

They looooove saying Conservatives are FASCISTS who try to silence them. (I have yet to see an actual example of this.)

However, don’t you DARE say something they don’t like. DON’T YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. They will MOB YOU INTO SILENCE.

…What was that about fascism?

Prominent members of the leftist media have YET AGAIN demonstrated how little they care about Free Speech they don’t agree with.

While many examples have surfaced, the latest one involves the media demanding that the Newseum — a 21-year-old museum designed “to increase public understanding of the importance of a free press and the First Amendment” — stop selling pro-Trump gear.

According to CNN, the Newseum is currently selling “Make America Great Again” hats and “You Are Very Fake News” T-shirts. This is problematic because these items are disrespectful to the media, and disrespect for the media simply can’t be tolerated.

DISRESPECT TOWARDS THE MEDIA IS FASCISM THAT MUST BE SILENCED.

Hahahahaha. They REALLY don’t see the irony in that, do they?

“[T]he Newseum gift shop offers something alarming,” warned CNN’s Hadas Gold in an ominous post published Friday evening, adding that “[f]or many the Newseum is a place to foster free speech and celebrate the press — not a place to sell a cheap joke.”

“It’s a phrase now being used by authoritarian regimes around the world to justify their actions limiting freedom of the press,” she added, conveniently ignoring the fact that the “fake news” moniker/insult was invented by left-wing media “journalists” just like her.

THE FACT THAT YOU’RE PUBLISHING THIS PROVES YOU’RE NOT THE VICTIM OF AN “AUTHORITARIAN” REGIME, YOU TWIT.

As noted by Fox News Radio host Tom Shillue this week, the leftist media invented the term in a bid to smear and eventually silence all conservative publishers. But when the president successfully turned the weapon around on the media, they freaked out.

Their medicine really doesn’t taste too great, does it?

And of course, now that the “Newseum” an organization whose mission it is to promote free speech, is latching on the popular phrase, these supposed “promoters” of “free speech” are LOSING THEIR MINDS.

Very disappointing. When I visited the Newseum, I came away with an increased respect for journalists and the risks they take. How can they push the very nonsense that is making journalists less safe?
