We recently marked one year of John Kelly working as President Trump’s chief of staff. Trump’s clearly appreciative.

There have been loads of rumors about his coming departure. Let’s face it. If there was ever an “appropriate” time to leave, it’d be after reaching the almighty one-year mark.
But is he REALLY on his way out? I don’t know, but I DO know that President Trump has asked him to remain with him, at least through 2020.

So there you have it.
I can’t help but think about how much this dispels the rumors that Kelly is secretly a miserable person who hates Trump. If that were the case, wouldn’t he bounce? Why would he commit to another few years?
