Johnny Depp news is always juicy as all get out. If you’re a fan, you probably heard about his nasty divorce from Amber Heard.
Heard alleged in court documents that Depp abused her multiple times during the span of their 15 month marriage. She also posted a picture of his most recent act of violence, claiming that Depp “wound up his arm like a baseball pitcher and threw the cell phone at me striking my cheek and eye with great force.”
olice quickly investigated but apparently found “no evidence of any crime.”
While some were quick to come to Heard’s defense, others remained skeptical. For starters, Heard was tagged in a picture the day after, smiling with her friends. Her hair conveniently covered half of her face, and the picture was quickly taken down.
Interesting, that.
Of course, Depp’s reps deny her accusations, calling it “salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life.” And then Depp’s ex-wife, Lori Anne Allison, came to his defense. She said the man she married “would have never assaulted a woman as he has been accused of doing by Amber Heard.”
Depp’s friend, comedian Doug Stanhope has rushed to his defense and offered some more insight into the (ex) couple’s entire relationship. The minute he heard her accusations, he “knew it was bulls***t.”
Some think she’s lying. Some think HE’S lying. BTW, this is the same Amber Heard who tweeted, “Just heard there’s an ICE checkpoint in hollywood, a few blocks from where I live. Everyone better give their housekeepers, nannies and landscapers a ride home tonight…”
That has nothing to do with her relationship with Johnny Depp. I just wanted to remind you that she’s been in the news lately. Johnny has too. You know. For looking legitimately ill.
ANYWAY. Here’s the latest. I noticed Johnny Depp trending on Twitter. I assumed it was something juicy, and I wasn’t totally wrong.
Depp appeared at the San Diego Comic-Con….right before Amber Heard appeared on stage.

During Warner Bros.’ Hall H presentation, Johnny Depp made an appearance as his titular “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald” character, helping to debut the latest trailer for the upcoming fantasy film. Roughly an hour later, his ex-wife, Amber Heard, appeared at the convention to promote WB’s “Aquaman,” which released its first trailer at the event.
In court documents, Heard accused Depp of physical abuse while they were married. She won a $7 million settlement in the divorce case, all of which she donated to charity. They settled their divorce in 2016, when she dismissed the claims.
Depp’s appearance was something of a surprise to the audience. It came at the end of the “Fantastic Beast’s” segment, after much of the main cast had already been fielding softball questions along the lines of what they’d do if they had magical powers (Zoë Kravitz would “impeach Trump,” Ezra Miller opted to “destroy the patriarchy”). Depp took the stage dressed up as the evil wizard, complete with blue contact lenses and a shock of blonde hair, and then rambled on about “muggles” — Harry Potter speak for humans.
Imagine for a second picking ANY superpower and going with “Impeach Trump.” TDS to the extreme.
ANYWHOOOOO. Back to Depp. People were mostly horrified.
Let me talk to the SDCC director for allowing Johnny Depp’s ugly ass to be in the same vicinity as Amber Heard pic.twitter.com/sTfUWFkKYo

WB brought Johnny Depp out for the Fantastic Beasts panel (as a surprise!!!) immediately proceeding their Aquaman panel, featuring Amber Heard. That makes me nauseous.
