June 23, 2018It’s times like these that I can’t believe we had such a weasel heading up the FBI.
James Comey is in Ireland to promote his crappy book, and while there, he told people that he considered telling Irish customs that he was Canadian– not American. Why? Because he’s so embarrassed by our nation and its immigration laws.
“I am ashamed of the way my country has acted with respect of those children. I am disgusted, I am horrified, I am embarrassed, I’m ashamed,” Mr Comey said in a public interview in Dublin on Friday.
“My wife and I were joking, not really joking; we wanted to tell the people on the customs line coming here that we were Canadian. And we were joking but it’s funny because it reveals a truth: I’m ashamed.”
However, he said many Americans felt the same way and there was an historic pattern of reaction to social issues, including the civil rights movement.
“I am horrified by what happened on our border but I wonder if something good might not come from that.”
That’s ridiculous. If you’re going to be embarrassed by something, be embarrassed by the fact that you’re James Comey. If you’re “ashamed” and “horrified,” change your name, not your nationality, dimwit.
It just goes to show– Comey is completely incapable of 1.) Understanding the REALITY of what’s happening on the border and 2.) Conducting a little introspection. He’s not the problem. Trump’s the problem. You’re the problem. Trump’s America is the problem. But definitely not him. He’s a victim in all of this, and he’s so embarrassed by what we’ve become. You know. Being a nation that wants to secure its borders and whatnot. How DARE we.
